Henan First ESCO delegation in US August 14 - 25

Under the auspices of APEC, the Henan First ESCO will be in the US to meet with interested efficiency manufacturers and ESCO’s, for possible joint ventures, in D.C. on August 17,18 or 21, and in Portland, OR August 22 - 24. A complete list of the delegation and their interests follows:

China State Power Corporation Delegation

The US DOE is hosting a delegation from China on a DSM study tour, July 31-August 11, 2000. Representatives will be from electric utilities interested in initiating a DSM program in their service territories. They are interested in meeting with efficient technology manufacturers as well as utilities and others to determine effective market transformation programs and to structure appropriate DSM programs that are effective for the utility, end-user, and manufacturer. They will be in Washington, D.C. August 14-16; for other dates and places please contact ECEE.
